The Posture-Mate HB Overlay by Immerses Health Company turns your high-back, sling-seat wheelchair into a comfortable support system. This overlay transforms your standard high-back wheelchair into a completely comfortable and supportive surface. The overlay is available in 3 widths and a back height of 20 inches (extended 12 inches taller than the headrest). 

The Posture-Mate HB Overlay is designed with high-specification and flexible foam which immerses your pelvis in the system, while also properly positioning throughout your back. Next, they have included lumbar support along the back of the overlay which helps with overall spinal alignment and posture. The head support of the overlay can be solely adjustable which allows the user to find their ideal comfort and support. The full arm covers help to ensure that your arms stay protected and comfortable as well.
