The Drive Viper High Back Reclining Wheelchair provides the comfort and support of a standard wheelchair. However, unlike standard wheelchairs, the Drive Viper reclines up to 180 degrees. Reclining wheelchairs are ideal for patients with limited mobility. The reclining feature of the wheelchair is great for those prone to pressure injuries as it allows them to be repositioned with ease. The Viper Wheelchair is extremely durable due to its carbon steel frame that is a double-coated chip-proof chrome finish. The upholstery of the reclining wheelchair is a nylon upholstery that is flame retardant and resistant to bacteria and mold. The next Drive included large mag-style wheels and front urethane casters. These ensure a smoother and lighter-weight ride. The rear wheels include sturdy locks that are extremely reliable and keep the chair stable while the user stands up and down. Smoother transfers are also possible through the Viper's flip-back arms and swing-away elevating footrests. Lastly, Drive includes high back and calf support which makes for safer and more comfortable reclining. The Drive Viper can also be easily folded in half, making storing the wheelchair simple and convenient.
